Go Share or download photos from smart controller

I have a SC and I want to download photos and video from it. I’ve tried Go Share but neither iPad Pro or iPhone 11 connect ( just says cant join )
Bluetooth won’t download
any help please

Can’t help with the past... My method is to record to an SD card and the put the card into a card reader to get the files off of it.

you need to change the settings in goshare from 5gz to 2.4ghz

Did you try going into the iOS WiFi screen and manually connecting to the SC WiFi network? That usually works for me when all else fails.
