Goggles integra + Mavic 3 classic

I have the following question: I shoot from time to time with Goggles Integra with the first generation DJI Motion controller (mainly to look around and then shoot for real with joysticks) I notice that on the DJI Motion controller I'm too jerky vertically - can anyone advise the settings on the vertical angle or just how do you manage?

I believe that you can go to the controller menu in the goggles and soften the reaction using exponential setting.
