well i got stuck in a tree. Don't take off in sport mode, it might look cool, but I am now down 4 props.
RTH avoids trees and uses optimal path planning on the air3s, and i take off there all the time. I just left it in sport mode lol.Or better yet, don't take off directly beneath a tree, regardless of the control mode chosen. You might steer clear of the tree on takeoff, but if the flight ends with RTH, you'll have a serious problem.
I think you can use your video for educational purposes.well i got stuck in a tree. Don't take off in sport mode, it might look cool, but I am now down 4 props.
Yes, that's true for one of the two RTH modes.RTH avoids trees and uses optimal path planning on the air3s, and i take off there all the time. I just left it in sport mode lol.

We all make them, not admitting them is just ego, and anyone who hasn't made a mistake is probably a noob, and hasn't flown much at all. lol
Even we gods have to walk with the mortals occasionally. After our performance on the cricket field I am glad to see not all Australians walk on water! I have done the same as you did but mine got stuck up a tree right at the top and a cherry picker was required plus a few quid too!
I was worried for a bit, it was up there for about 15min, i cut the video to shorten it.Glad you were able to retrieve the drone.
