Greek Island query

Hello does anyone know if there is any problems with taking the Drone on a plane from UK to a Greek Island called Zakinthos or any problems on returning with the authorities at the Greek side at the airport as I wouldn't want it confiscated. Is it quite legal to fly the drone in Zakinthos.
And is there any rules about the drone I should know about taking the Mavic Pro on a aircraft as this is going as hand luggage.

We were on a yachting holiday in Greece this September. A Swiss guy on the yacht had brought his Mavic. He flew with it, but I don't know how he packed it (hand or hold) and if he had battery bags.

On the islands, nobody minded. He generally took off from the yacht or a quiet spot otherwise he was constantly being asked about it.

I think Greek regs say fly no more than 50 metres from the pilot. Lol.
