Greetings from London

Thanks for the warm welcome, everybody.
I flew my maiden flight last night at Boston Manor park, and it went well. Definitely need to get used to the way the quadcopter flies; it doesn't behave like a plane.
Some WIFI interferences got me to lose connection with the remote when I reached 120 m altitude but moving closer to the drone reconnected me.
It was fun. Now looking for a bigger place to fly as this park is close to the freeway and some office building, limiting movement.

Hi from another Londoner (near Uxbridge).
We have a lot of no fly zones and interference in the city of London and West out towards Heathrow airport.
Look forward to meeting other pilots from London in the future
