Just joined the Mavic forum. Living in the Washington, DC suburbs. I'm also a member of the 3DRPilots and PhantomPilots pages. Been building drones for many years, but can't resist all the bells-and-whistles on the new commercial drones coming out now. I'm Part 107 certified and primarily use the drones for videography. I'm not certain the Mavic's photo qualities are better than other quadcopter options, but the compact size of this drone makes it very stealthy, which I find more critical now with all the hostility towards drones these days.
