GYRO2 won't calibrate

I have a new Mavic 2 zoom with a GYRO2 bias of 0.032. A message says calibrate IMU which I have done several times with DJI Assistant but there is no improvement, the GYRO2 condition is still poor. Does anyone have a solution for this or does it have to be returned for service?

@Capco if the drone has not been flown for a month or so then its possible for the giros to become stuck a method that seems to help with this issue is to hold the drone firmly by the body and give the heat sync at the bottom a couple of quick taps with your hand or you can use a handle of a small peen hammer give it a couple of taps and then see if the issue has gone away ,this is not a wind up hope it helps
