Unfortunately apart from gluing it down for temp fix it is part of the arm and only repair is to replace the whole arm with new motor as a complete unit. About $45 and 3 wire to solder to board.

fortunately that is not true.
the fix I was talking about in the post above is fast and permanent. the joint will be stronger than the original.
