This was my second time ordering parts, i messaged their facebook page, and got a response within 30 minutes to call the shop.
When I called, they answered the phone, and I spoke to Peter about a few parts that I wanted to see if they were in stock.
He asked me to place the order and then call back in an hour, which I did. He confirmed that they had the parts, and when I asked if I could pick them up at the shop, he told me to come anytime.
40 minutes later I have the parts in my hand! It was 1:00 PM.
This was the second time, and the first time last fall was the same experince.
I had also reached out to member DDS here who was responsive and I expect was monitoring the progress of my transaction.
