Not really, I always bought from DJI, except for a few used Mavic1 that I bought for repairs.
But finally, i opted for the Avata2 and Neo combination.

Hard to tell, it all depends on the model, state, etc..
Personally, i have switched to buying from DJI new for their replacement guaranty, because the risks of loosing or fly away are real (very rare but possible).
You should check out the new Neo Goggles combo available.
