Harrisburg, PA Area Flight Sites

With limited amount of time to search, I've found two places to fly. I would categorize both as sites good for learning drone functions, practice flights, and basic skill development. There is plenty of open space, but both are setup for youth sports (soccer, base/softball, football).

Rails to Trail Bicycle Shop
1010 Hershey Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Head south on RT 743 to Beverly Road (about 1/4 mile)
Turn east onto Beverly Road
Less than .2 miles on left is athletic field

Porta-Potty at the deep end of parking
Field is near the rail trail and you might encounter cyclists.

I've been there as well. However as a state park, I've not tried to fly there. From my limited research, there are only four parks with drone areas Closest one to us is about two hours from here.
