Has anyone had to replace their Smart controller batteries yet?

Howdy folks, just curious as to what to expect when my smart controller batteries need replacement. Anyone out here in this great big community have experience with this?

I haven't yet but I've noticed my controller needs to be charged more often.
Does anyone do it quickly and efficiently? Instead of sending it into DJI and take a month.

If you have a Pro you can maintain a full charge on both your controller and phone/tablet with a power bank while flying. I Velcro mine so that balance is good.

When I had a Mini I used an OTG cable to supply power to my tablet when flying and both when the MC is turned off. See the photos. Note: I now use a Lekufee tablet holder.
