Has any seen the large blue TFR's before? I don't recall seeing them so large. There are several red ones (Texas and N. Florida) for the same time.

When they're first issued, the affected area is sometimes greatly overstated in the graphic. It's been discussed at least twice here. Someone had an explanation, but I don't recall what it is. Look at the text description for the actual area involved.
