It's a charger. You plug in the battery, it charges, it stops. People have been using these for more than a year without a problem. Don't overthink it.

And no one has reported being shocked by the ungrounded version of these.

Fab chargers work perfectly and batteries charge quickly at same time so 3 batteries charged in around an hour
