Haven't flown in awhile, gimbal issues upon startup.

Gimbal is making knocking noises and I am not able to see an image on my phone. Is my ribbon cable toast ? I have not crashed my MPP before..

Has that gimbal gone thru any "trauma" in a previous flight or while in its case?
Typically that would be a symptom after a jolt.

check the gimbal plate is still in the correct position under the anti drop hook and front hanger plates before you start it up and also with no power gently move the gimbal and camera to check it has full movement
