Heads up, that NOTAM covering the Fraser Valley has more or less doubled in size. If you don't have authorization from the controlling agency, you need to keep the drones on the ground. Mavic Minis too.

One thing to keep in mind this does stretch into the USA.
Not sure on how this is controlled on both sides of the border but I would not want to be the one to find out the hard way.

Thanks for the heads up (not that I'm near there right now, fortunately). Given helicopters are airlifting supplies in and people out it makes sense.

Also shows up in the Drone Pilot Canada app — nice to see the app picks up and displays NOTAMs promptly.

Also saw one in northern Ontario (centered on Timmins) relating to a Icarus-2 balloon launch, extending from ground level to 100,000 ft (which is the burst altitude). Radius extends from Timmins to Manatoulin Island, so it's pretty big.
