Part 107 here and I fly for business so I don't do anything to compromise losing my license just to get the "money shot". I got a permit to fly at a State Park in Arizona, Coral Sand Dunes and it was a good shoot. It never hurts to ask for permission. Most times you will get a flat out NO but then sometimes you get someone in Authority to listen and they can determine if you are a rogue cowboy or a serious pilot.
