Rarely enforced. I’m sure if you are there on a crowded summer day it would be an issue.

I flew at Meschutt in Hampton Bays Sunday morning I was the only soul in the park.

The regulations....are the regulations and you have to have it whether it is enforced or not..and for $35 ...you really cannot afford not to have it if they require it.

I recently purchased my first drone DJI Mini 2. Looking forward to reading up on posts.

I flew the mini 2 the other day when it was really windy, it was ok but took a beating from the winds. So I decided to return the mini 2 and bought the Mavic Air 2. I already bought a landing skid for the mini 2 on amazon so I no longer need it. Instead of returning I would rather give it to someone on this forum. If any one is interested let me know and I'll ship it to you no cost.
