Any thoughts to share, on uses for your 'bird'?

Thank you Old John, I am totally new to this.

Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to see a Mini 2 in action and it got me thinking that I’d enjoy flying my own drone.

I spent few days looking into my options AND decided on the Air 2S, I live a bit outside of town in area with non restricted airspace. I got my RPAS Pilot certificate prior to buying the drone just to learn more about the hobby and related regulations.

I do a lot of hiking, back country skiing, kayaking but I also got a boat, motorcycle, SXS…as to your question regarding the uses for my bird -I’ll drag it around with me, use it as much as possible and have fun with it.

I’ve only had it for 4 days now but already have about 3 hrs of flying time - zero regrets thus far.

Hi Gaffmarhan, I found this YouTube video by Don Joyce which covered all the basics required to pass the test.

I can't recommend Dons' study material enough. I also HIGHLY recommend getting his app, it is tailored for Canadians, and is outstanding! It's called (wait for it) "Drone Pilot Canada".
