I need help with my dji mavic pro
After uploading firmware I do not have a picture from the camera
I do reset the Go app in my phone ,again downgrade dron ,I changed the settings ,I changed to another SD card and checked the wi fi connection with the phone , the same way and there is nopictures

What mobile device are you using?
What version of the app?
Why are connecting the phone via WiFi?
Have you checked the cable connecting the remote controller to the phone?
Have you tried a different cable?

Yes, I changed the cables also port the USB connection between the controller and the phone and there was no improvement. I checked the WiFi connection with the phone and the drone because on several forums they wrote to check if the controller is not broken
I use the phone samsung galaxy S5
App dji Go4 v4.2.21
V01.04.0400

I use a samsung tab S2 and had issues if the tablet was turned on before the mp and controller were on & synced. Try turning on your samsung last. Good luck
