HELP - My Gimbal has turned around

Hello, I was flying my drone today and entered RTH mode, my drone then plummeted in altitude and I couldn’t stop it or cancel RTH, it crashed into some trees and landed on the ground. There was minimal damage, however, the gimbal has totally turned around, still does all the usual pre-flight checks when I turn to drone on and still moves during the checks, however it won’t turn around and is totally backwards. Does anybody have any help/advice on how I can fix it or should I just use the care refresh plan?? Thank you in advance

Can you take a video of what its doing upon startup?

It won’t let me add a video, however I’ve fixed it, I just applied a bit of firm pressure and the whole gimbal mechanism seemed to turn back around. Not sure how it managed to get the way it did, don’t know if it was damage limitation or anything but the drone and camera have survived!

These new Mavic 2 problems are starting to show up. Might be a recall soon

I’ve heard a few reports of signal being lost and the Mavic 2’s having difficulty flying in forested areas, quite a shame really
