Help no display but have touch and sounds

Help, with the rystalSky 7" HD tabblet, I have no display but have touch and sounds

well, no real help yet from anyone,
But.
all ok
posted to local store facebook site, got an answe rin a hour or two, whichwas good, D1Store, suggesting asking water on surface- No, tried HDNI to another screen, and no, asked for combo buttons on device, as it is an ANDROID tablet- help said nothing in manual, of course, no pin hole to reset it either(?) could be wrong there,
SO- tried holding top two buttons down (ON and F1), 10+ seconds, tried turning on, no click sound or screen on so must have turned it off, tried that combo again
and VOILA- it is on again.

just dont know why the screen did not turn on.

Tony, I'd say you have a faulty backlight. If you shine a torch on the screen can use see anything ?. CS has a problem with this. Open up a case with DJI Direct and they will replace it. I've gone through 3 of them.
Seach DJI and this forum. Many issues.
