Last couple of flights had a rear vision sensor error, asking for calibration. Have done 3 times and DJI assistant freezes at this step every time, left for 5 mins as drones gets very hot when sat running but no airflow any ideas guys, have a wedding at weekend and need it functioning... doesn’t hold hover and drifts during level flight

I had an issue where my Mavic Zoom would not run an update with the app on the computer. I deleted the app completely and cleared out my cache files and then re-installed the app and it worked right away after that.

I'm not sure if it would help you at all. My update on the Mavic would start, then would just sit there doing nothing for very long periods when I finally gave up and started over with a fresh install.

Also, make sure the sensor is Optical Sensor is clean.

The is a certain way you need to point the drone at the screen.
I had this happen too - read the directions on how to point it and maybe dig up some youtubes for it.

Slightly tangential, but since you mentioned air flow: You can put the drone in front of a fan. It gets too hot (IMHO) even when update, calibration etc is working properly.

I've had the same error message on my Air 1 and was unable to get a good calibration I'm thinking due to my curved monitor.When doing a field check it works perfectly. I trust the field check more than the warning message.
