Help! What is this "ant movement" in my footage?

I have edited my settings but now I have noticed "ant" like movement in my videos, the colors seem shaky. Any help much appreciated.

Or even describe what was changed.
It sounds like sharpening artefacts but how that looks will depend on how you view the files.
If not sure what you are doing leave everything on defalt and 'None' option will do OK most of the time.

Yeah. I changed some video settings, to make it more clear and nice but now I think it might be too HD that's why the shaking effect
