Help with Polar Pro Filters

This footage is an example of a problem I'm having with PolarPro Filters (Standard)
I edited with high contrast and saturation to make the issue more visible.
It's a color distortion, very clear in the clouds, on the top left side.
What am I doing wrong?
It was filmed with ND 8 and CP.

I would imagine it is an interaction between the CP filter and the color/bayes filters on the camera sensor. Or between the CP filter and the color subsampling as it records video.

Try turning the CP by 5 degrees and see if the effect is greatly reduced.

Let us know how it goes. Haven't seen this before but it makes sense if my theory is correct.
