woohoo I should have screen recorded but I was having phone cpu issues. I have a video though and know the landmarks, on google maps.

I start in the parking lot before the sealegs café and pass the lifeguard museum huge building and make it to the RV park. I had like 3 bars on RC still and could have gone farther but my phone was being weird with CPU and my battery was at 50% so I just did RTH but I think it would have been better to do sport mode back.

Little tip, get a dedicated device for flying. There's a thread about a nice phone deal going on at Walmart at the moment and works well with the dji app. It's only about 50 bucks so it's a steal at the moment

Nice.
Your flight record in the DJI Go 4 app will also show your location and distance, etc. If you ever need to refer back later to it. Like when you go for 2+ miles next time

Some of us here are a little hooked on those long distance flights.
