hi guys. New on here with a platinum pro. Just downloaded to iPhoto my sd card and the videos are very stuttery and jumpy. 4K. iMac computer. Please help. Thank you.

• Make sure your video card can handle 4K. Try 1080 and see if there is a difference viewing.
• Use ND filters to slow down shutter speed.

There are many threads here that discuss camera settings. It boils down to some experimentation to find out what works for you but the computer has to have the power to display correctly and the frame rate needs to be slow enough to softly blur images while moving.

How old is your iMac? What are the relevant specs as far as processor and RAM?

Also, a more descriptive thread title than "Hi everyone" is more likely to get people who can help you with your specific problem to open and read your thread.

If you have "iPhotos", and not "Photos" you are on an old OSX version. If your iMac is at least as new as 2012 or so it should play the 4K movies without too much issue. Be sure it has enough RAM, etc.
