I had to switch on Sport mode for the Mavic to maintain it's position against the wind. We got a little wet on the boat ride, but had a great time.

Wow, was it windy!

I've had my little Phantom 3 Advanced in some very intense winds on a mountain top job in remote Alaska. These little machines from DJI handle adverse conditions very well. The gimbal on the Phantom series does seam to stabilize the camera better in rough conditions. I had to edit around quite a few Mavic gimbal twitches.

Much appreciated, that's honestly the first time I've really used slow motion. The RX100V seems to do a great job with it.

Just got the Mavic back from DJI today. They turned it around quick and fixed the blurry right side focus issue. Received the new silver tip 8331 props and a wrap installed this evening. Really impressed with the quality.

Check out the umbrellas in some of these shots. The wind was super strong and the mavic flew like a champ!
