There was a village here 5000 years bc, Track's lived there, then around 45 ac Romans came, IV-V century Diocletian build a city with villas and baths (Yes there mineral water here), then PraBulgarian come, then Turks and nobody lived there since XVII century when a small village was build inside the walls ... now, this is the city of Hisarya with Very good restaurants, nice hotels, and many mineral pools and Biggest Roman walls preserved - enjoy it
