In my part of western PA development is moving at a rapid pace. I can go to three housing and a large commercial development none of which existed twenty years ago. The housing projects didn't exist five years ago. A four lane airport bypass is being built from Greater PIT airport to points south.
Before this it was all rolling hills, farmland and patches of woods.
I'm not arguing wether development is good or bad, I just think drones are perfect for "before" and "after" footage. If you live 20-50 miles from a big city (like I do) send your drone up and do slow spin around. A few years later do it again.
I've been a history buff and just love those drawing and photos of "Main Street 100 years ago". Looks a lot differnt today.

Save a waypoint mission so the recording will be from the same spot. Outside Seattle it feels like if you stand still too long someone will put up a building around you.

At 75 years old, I've seen a lot of change, some good, a lot not so much.

The America that used to be, self-reliant and self responsible, I miss. A lot.
