FAA clear to fly here....? According to the drone app, yes. A plane, single engine, flew across the lake at 50 ft. I was hiking and decided to check. This was in Colorado.

Can you post the coordinates? Was it a seaplane?

Also, make sure you have a strong satellite lock and the orientation of your drone is correct on your mini map. This will save you from using a Care Refresh too soon.

It was just a visual guess on the altitude. I was unable to read a tail number.

If you are cleared to fly there, a fixed wing craft should also be cleared to fly there. The rules are that the drone must give way.
