Hover App "App Not Available" (iOS)

In preparation for my first Drone flying experience, I've been downloading several recommended apps and one of them, Hover, brings up "App Not Available" on the Apple App Store, with the reason being, "This app is currently not available in your country or region"

Being in SoCal, I watched on YouTube a user from Utah demonstrating this app back in 2019 so I'm not sure if the app has been discontinued, or something else occurred which limits its availability.

I emailed the developer several days ago but have not yet received any responses.

Does anyone know the status of this app?

Yea, that's one of the apps I have now. I'm trying to collect all the recommended ones to evaluate them for myself to determine which would be the best fit for me.
