How can I transfer a file from the Smart controller via Bluetooth to my iPhone.

I tried to do that to my new iPhone 12
I scanned the QR code but still no luck.
and got a message that the transfer failed.
A video posted on YouTUbe confirmed that person couldn’t do it as well.
Can someone please post a step by step method to do this or advise me that I’m wasting my time.
As always, the people in this group are awesome and extremely helpful
