How many flight hours is good number when buying used Phantom 4 Pro?

I am looking to buy a used Phantom 4 Pro... it has 55flights for 8 hours flight time on it... no crashes.. no blemishes.. flown by a professional drone pilot/movie maker...

Is that a good? what are the benchmarks for flight time vs.. maintenance issues?
