Though I enable AUTO SYNC HD PHOTOS, I get on my phone compressed images.

So I need to either manualy download or to take out the SD card.

Is there a way to download it on the fly ?

As far as I know you have to take out the sd card, put it into a usb reader or straight into a SD card slot of a computer, tablet, phone.
I use a portable 3 Terrabyte WD HDD with a built in SD card slot . I just insert the Mavic SD card into the HDD and it downloads all new files automatically in full resolution.
These I can then watch on my phone or any other computer via wifi. I do the same with all my other camera gear, DSLR, GoPro, etc.

There is an option in your camera menu to Save in HD. Click top right dots menu on DJI GO app when your connected to your MP. Under the record button the 3 lines with dots. That's your settings. Tab on top right will put you on the right screen for these settings.

The option is enabled.

However I specifically mentioned that the downloaded images are compressed.

I do not post trivial questions....

HD is different from full resolution.
You can download the full photo wireless only using the app's built in editor while connected to the bird. Just open the picture and tap "Download original photo"

The option is enabled.

I misunderstood the question.... Sorry
