How to avoid altitude limitation when no internet connection?

Hi, because of where I fly I don't have internet on my phone which I run DJI Fly on.

How do I get rid of the altitude limitation?

Do I log in to DJI Fly when at home?

Does my Mini 2 need to be connected to DJI Fly when I do this?

Do I log off before going flying or leave it logged in, even though I'll have no internet access when I'm flying so it won't really be "logged in"?
