How To Confirm M2P OEM vs 3rd Party Battery

What is the surest way to confirm the purchase of an M2P is OEM and not a 3rd party knock off? The DJI store lists it as out of stock.

I am thinking of ordering from Amazon but want to make sure when I get it, it is indeed OEM....will the Smart Controller 's Go4 program confirm it?

It has been so many years since that battery was made that there has been many opportunities to knock it off. And since I do not know how to tell for sure (I can give you clues on how to spot one), your best bet is buy from a reliable source you can trust.
