How to open Forum messages?

I`m new to this forum and i have a problem to open the personal messages function.

As you can see, i have 2 Messages but my conversation window is empty. Any ideas how to open this message bubble? I test this with Chrome, IE and Endge - same result in each browser.

"Messages" is the number of posts you made in the forum. If you have an unread personal message, it'll appear in red at the top, right of the forum -- like this:
