How to prevent or remove polarization halo

Hi anyone have any idea how to prevent this polarization halo in my images.

I was using the polar pro ND4/PL filter.

You should be able to rotate the filter to get the polarisation spot where you want it. Unfortunately you have to land it first to adjust it. Also, it is probably difficult to judge the polarisation effect on the device screen. So it comes to trial and error I'm afraid.
