How to stop charging.

Just got my Mavic and after about 4 years of Phantoms, I can say , this is a great drone at the price.

I notice that when the remote is up and running with phone connected, it is charging the phone. The little lightning bolt is showing on my phone. This means it is discharging the remote battery to charge the phone battery. I have my USB on the phone set to MTP. Still charging. Any ideas?

I love that I can now carry a drone in my big pocket!

That's usual behaviour for all Android phones. The only possibility to my knowledge is rooting the phone and installing a special app which then can prevent charging, e.g. Disable Battery Charging ROOT - Android Apps on Google Play.
