How to upload flights from air data to this forum?

I recently registered with air data and my flights are now appearing. If I ever have a problem flight how would I post the flight to this forum from air data? Would the dat files appear?

Just a hare the link to the flight. The forum is optimized to recognize and embed Airdata flights to the forum automatically.
