I'm Andrew. I currently live and study in Debrecen, Hungary. I am having the intention to buy a DJI Mavic Air. The only thing that stopping me now is the rule and laws of operating a sUAV in Hungary. I know that there are new regulation last year and i already read it on cms-lawnow ( Hungary: New Drone Regulations ) but i just dont understand about the training and do i need to have permission/ declaration besides an insurance. If someone living in Hungary or flied in Hungary can help me out, i really appreciated.
