I Need help.

In German : Hi,
Ich habe mal eine Frage bzw brauch eure Hilfe…hatte das Problem sonst nie und jetzt seid ich im Urlaub bin und ich Videos runter speichern will kommt diese Nachricht ( siehe Bild ). Hatte ich noch nie und ich hab im Internet auch nichts gefunden.
Könnt ihr mir helfen?

Are you trying to download the videos to a device? Videos on the Drone must be downloaded to a PC or MAC.

Original Mavic pro? The only way to transfer video/still files is to take the microSD card out, put it in a card reader and plug that into the USB port of a laptop or PC.

The old Mavic pro only records either MOV format or MPEG-4 in H.264, so H.264 video files are all you will find.

If you're looking at a situation where the microSD is almost full: best option is to buy another microSD card and swap them out - put the full one in a date and location marked envelope and stick it in your luggage. Download all clips to laptop/PC once you get home.
