Just out of interest, are they actual cuts or just surface scrapes?
Do you think the blades knocked away to any great extent?

Oh they are cuts - when i felt the blood running down my face, thats when i knew i had messed up

This was autoland and RTH, it disables the sensors on landing - and i had made a correction when the drone was at eye level, i pulled the wrong stick back and looked away with the assumption it would continue to land.

Im going back to my old method of positioning the drone first and it detecting the ground with sensors on, then watching it land pulling the stick down.
