I have this gadget, need advice

on the best way to use it. want to shots & video when using the Mavic in places we cannot fly.

Would I :
1 Close all the arms and leave props in place ?
2 Close all arms with props removed ?
3 Leave all arms open with props in place ?
4 Leave all arms open with props removed ?

Kind of looks like a handle or something so he can shoot video/photos with the mavic when the can't fly it. But of course I could be wrong and it's something really cool that over never seen before, and if that's the case where can I get one? [emoji16]

The mavic fan goes mental after a while - maybe needs the prop airflow to keep it cool?

AliExpress is slow shipping but cheap prices, not sure about the fan going mental as I have not used it yet, could be for short use only, take a few shots then turn off for a rest and cool down.
They do not make it for a iPad mini 4only phones

looks like they should be used with no props and arms closed that is what I now get after looking at the ad again, see it is a long shipping time
