Your question isn't very clear.
You can fly with Android or iPhone and you can swap from one to the other.
You'll have to use the appropriate cables for the phones or tablets.

If you mean the cable in the controller handle, yes it can be removed and replaced with one of the extra cables that ship with your drone. Check your manual, or watch this:
