I think I just fell in love with the Smart Controller

Just got one. Was flying using iPad Mini4 which is great, but the ability to store media on a MicroSD card on the Smart Controller and then play directly on a TV via HDMI is really nice.

I started the same as you with iPad mini4. It was my go to for Phantom3pro, Spark and Mavic2. That was until I tried the Smart Controller.

I agree. The smart controller is a great bonus. I got a great deal on my Pro 2 with the smart controller and couldn't resist.

I flew 6 batteries in a row in 25F weather today and had at least one battery worth of power if not more left on the smart controller, the thing just rocks!

How's the sound recording on yours? Does internal mic record clear sound?

Totally agree. Mine is working beautifully. I'm so happy with my SC.

Got the SC when it first came out, love it. Amazed how fast it is “ready to fly GPS”
