Moved from Mini 3 Pro to 5 Pro at day one.... So far I was not impressed at all of the video quality, especially in D Log-M and DJI official LUT, all appeared blur, out of focus, no details, despite I have decent experience in video editing.
I spent some time researching, this video that I found in this forum actually helped DJI Mini 5 Pro: Ultimate Settings Guide – How To Get The Best Quality! (Beginners & Pros)

Sorry if the pan or movements are not always smooth, I was forced to do manually as the buggy firmware doesn't allow to move the drone in 2x once a subject is locked
I'm not sure if it is worth spending all this time or just "set and forget" in NORMAL mode, but it is good to know that the drone is able to return good sharp videos and details.
