Can anyone help identify this plane from the belly?

Flew over me this morning. What struck me weird were two helicoptors hovering near the coastline as it flew by. They left about a minuteplane fly over.jpg after the jet passed.

Looks like a civilian aircraft that might be used for government and it has an avionics belly for surveillance. 🤔

Here's a couple of silhouette charts that might help.

.

Citation Latitude.
None of them are used by any governments.
None of them carry surveillance measure. (Geez people!)
The two helicopters hovering are more than likely unrelated to this flight.
Signed: Latitude pilot, and occasionally drone pilot…:)

Where did you get the charts?

Nice poster, it’s too bad the military section doesn’t show a B-57, the first USAF jet to drop a bomb in a conflict.

Haha yeah i'm guessing it was just coincidental. Or maybe they were filing some marketing material. I did grab the Heli though

Yep, 8th Bomb Sq, Bien Hoa, when it blew up I went to Tan Son Nhat, then Da Nang. Returned in Jun 1966.
