I have flown these (demo range only - not in anger). They are NOT cheap. They have their drawbacks and their uses. UK Army has been using them for about 5 years....

Aus army has been using them for a couple of years now.
My son is a soldier but hasn't had the chance to try one yet.

If we could crowd source an oder of 9,000 units for $40 million like the Army did, that comes out to $4444 each, not that much more than the M2ED. Not totally insane. Anyone interested?

Certainly not an M2P or P4P competitor, but maybe an M2ED competitor in a tiny package. Certainly ideal for battlefield use! Might have commercial interest.
